Strong together: promoting women and shaping the future of production together

At the Fraunhofer Group for Production, we recognize the crucial importance of diversity for innovation and productivity. However, a key challenge is to get more women interested in STEM subjects even before they choose a course of study and to arouse their interest in studying them. This is where we come in to promote future talent and pave the way for women in research, production technology and logistics.

We strive to recruit more women as scientists and to promote them to higher career positions. Achieving this goal requires a holistic approach at all career levels. We rely on various best practices and initiatives that support women before and during their studies, show them the path to a scientific career and arouse their interest in higher career levels at Fraunhofer Group for Production.
